Cliff-Edge Coastal Dining at Canty Bay

Perched high on the rugged volcanic cliffs just east of North Berwick, Drift Cafe offers one of the most breathtaking coastal settings anywhere in Scotland. Built from upcycled shipping containers clad in natural Scottish larch, the cafe features wraparound glass framing unvarnished views of the Bass Rock and seabirds soaring above the Firth of Forth. The kitchen highlights East Lothian farm produce, serving Scottish hot-smoked salmon rolls, hearty morning rolls, homemade seasonal soups, and warm scones with Lothian raspberry preserves.
